WHO WE ARE:
Ceres Landcare is a full-service design, build and maintenance firm and has been servicing Eagle and Summit County for 20 years. We work on high altitude, high end, commercial and residential properties.

At Ceres we stand on a platform of highly skilled and responsive team members capable of implementing all levels of comprehensive landscape installation and management.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
We set high standards for ourselves and the work we do. While gardening experience isn’t required, there are certain character traits we can’t train, which are inherently important to our day-to-day operations. We look for employees who are detail-oriented, good communicators, responsible, and who enjoy working in a team environment.
Our goal is to provide a great working environment for our team members. We value our employees’ input and ideas. Paid holidays can be earned through time served. Overtime is also sometimes available. We value your personal life and know it’s important for our employees to have time off to enjoy family and friends. Time off during slower periods can be arranged, if communicated properly.
Our season starts in April and can extend easily into December. We do request that employees stay as long as possible to help finish the season. There are however a few exceptions we make for students, employees with other seasonal jobs, and those with extended travel plans.
We work Monday through Thursday typically. We don’t usually work weekends and have major holidays off. We usually work 10-hour days Monday through Thursday and reserve Friday for extra work and overtime as needed.
